A suit jacket that fits without being overly tight gives a sleek and professional look to anyone that wears it. Pairing bold and colorful jewelry, a beautiful scarf or a brightly colored blouse can add extra style to a traditional look.

For 2012 trends in workwear, a pencil skirt is a versatile piece that looks great on anyone. A basic black pencil skirt can be worn with neutral colors for a toned down look, or paired with a fun blouse or jewelry to pep it up for the office.
